This role can be performed from any EY office across Boorloo - Perth, Meanjin - Brisbane, Naarm - Melbourne or Warrang - Sydney. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. 
Responsibilities 
- Own and coordinate the provision of statutory reporting services to an allocated book of corporate clients on a day-to-day basis as part of an integrated team. 
- Provide oversight and supervision of statutory reporting services, including coordination of client and auditor stakeholders. 
- Manage and deliver the full spectrum of corporate financial reporting services with support from Financial Accounting and Advisory and Tax specialists. 
- Build networks and meaningful connections internally and externally to stay abreast of issues and develop a pipeline of future opportunities. 
- Supervise team members and support their career development. 
- Contribute to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, strong collaboration and teamwork, and celebrate successes. 
What We Look For 
To be considered for this role you must have: 
- Detailed knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards gained through working in a professional services firm or in a comparable industry role. 
- Experience working with remote teams, both within Australia and overseas. 
- Solid communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions with clients on technical matters and coordinate engagements. 
- Demonstrated high level of accuracy with good prioritisation and organisational skills. 
- CA qualification or equivalent completed or in progress. 
Ideally, you’ll also have additional skills and attributes, but we’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn. We value collaboration, proactivity, and the ability to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines, plus a proactive approach to identify risk and drive continuous improvements and automation.
