Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join the AH-64E Apache sustainment team in Townsville. As a EHS Specialist at Boeing you will:
* Provide Environmental and Health & Safety subject-matter expert advice to the Apache program and internal stakeholders.
* Support EHS processes, regulatory compliance and risk control across maintenance, test and sustainment activities.
* Lead inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and recommend effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Coordinate the development and maintenance of EHS Management Plans (EHSMPs) aligned with Boeing requirements and international standards.
* Champion and help embed a proactive EHS culture focused on continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' relevant EHS experience.
* Tertiary qualification in Environment, Health & Safety or a related discipline.
* Deep knowledge of Environmental and Health & Safety legislation and regulatory frameworks.
* Energy, passion, strong problem-solving skills and a practical, can-do attitude.
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a high-performance team.
