About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team as a residential building manager.
This role will involve coordinating trades, suppliers and site schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building plans, codes and regulations, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and problem solve on the fly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Monitor construction progress and maintain timelines
* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
* Liaise with subcontractors, internal teams and sales people
* Manage on-site documentation and reporting
About You:
* Proven experience in residential construction management
* Strong understanding of building plans, codes and regulations
* Excellent communication, scheduling and organisation skills
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly
* White Card and relevant building qualifications
* Driver's license
