About this role – Showroom Sales & Design Consultant
We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales & Design Consultant to join our Launceston team.
Employed on a part-time or casual basis, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week. Your regular days of work will include full days on Mondays and Wednesdays, 1-2 Saturday mornings per month and an additional day or half days to be negotiated.
Day to day you will assist in the Showroom, delivering excellent customer service and sales support, assisting each customer with product information and design support to ensure their experience is a great one. You will also play a key role in maintaining an inviting and inspiring showroom environment, ensuring displays are well-presented and kept up to date with current trends.
Your attention to detail is key to delivering excellent service and ensuring paperwork is accurately completed is key. You will be quoting from floorplans, creating sales orders, liaising with customers and suppliers by phone and email as required, ordering stock, and assist with general sales and store administration.
