You’ll work closely with supervisors, planners and engineers to ensure materials are where they need to be — when they need to be there.You’ll make an impact by:Coordinating delivery, receipting and storage of materials in alignment with construction schedulesManaging yard and laydown organisation to streamline access and efficiencyTracking inventory and resolving shortages or overages in real timeEnsuring materials are compliant and ready for installation upon arrivalLiaising with vendors, procurement and site supervisors to maintain flow of critical materialsWhat you’ll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Brownfields construction experienceProven background in materials handling or logistics coordination on siteCurrent Driver’s LicenceHigh level of computer literacy and confidence using inventory systemsSound understanding of safety and compliance in construction logisticsIdeally, you will also have:A trade or warehousing backgroundSAP or similar ERP experienceGreat communication and the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesWhy M2P Engineering?At M2P, we do a whole lot: engineering, construction, fabrication, maintenance … the list goes on.
