Join RMCG’s Graduate/Junior Consultant Program to work on diverse environmental, agricultural, and community projects with expert mentorship.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in a 12‑month program with three placements of approximately four months each.
- Work with diverse teams across multiple technical disciplines including setting, agriculture, water, community, and resource recovery.
- Engage in client discussions and contribute to meaningful projects involving sustainable resource use, land and water management, and community engagement.
- Travel between office locations and client sites as required, with opportunities to work from different offices.
- Develop client relationships, project management, and consulting skills through hands‑on experience and structured training.
- Collaborate with supervisors and rotation leads to set and review goals for each placement.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Graduates or early career candidates with relevant qualifications or experience in agriculture, environment, community, water, or resource recovery disciplines.
- Applicants who have completed an undergraduate degree within the last 12 months or have one to two years of relevant experience.
- Australian or New Zealand citizens, or Australian permanent residents with access to personal transport for travel between offices.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Interest in sustainable land management, biodiversity, water management, stakeholder engagement, and related fields.
