JobDescription: We are seeking skilled and motivated Instrumentation & Control Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for a wide variety of works including, construction, completions, commissioning, testing and fault-finding of electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Strong instrumentation background and experience.
* Strong proven experience within construction/commissioning and start-up of electrical systems and equipment.
* Conduct functional and performance tests to ensure systems meet specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project completion.
* Document test results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications/Experience:
Mandatory
* Electrical License(WA)
* Cert III/IV Instrumentation
* Construction WhiteCard
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
HighlyAdvantageous
* Cert IV EEHA (within 5 years - desirable)
* High Risk Licenses (Please specify)
* HV Switching/Jointing
* Previous FIFO Experience
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in the below sectors:
* Oil & Gas Experience
* Powerplant Experience
* Gas Turbine Experience highly regarded
* Infrastructure Experience
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Ability to meet additional project-specific requirements
