We are currently seeking experienced C1 / CO Crane Operators for ongoing shutdown work at Roy Hill, both Mines and Port for July and August.

This is a strong opportunity to secure consistent, well‐paid shutdown work with a trusted provider supporting major mining operations across WA.

• Ongoing shutdown – opportunity for back‐to‐back swings
• FIFO from Perth with potential for regular, repeat work with the same or other clients.
• 12‐hour shifts – day and night work available.
• Exposure to major mining and industrial projects.
• Work with leading crane hire companies and contractors.
• Strong safety‐focused team environments.

You will be operating All Terrain and Rough Terrain (Franna/Roughie) cranes across shutdown environments, supporting maintenance and project works on site, various tonnages – depending on your experience and competency.

• Operate mobile cranes (CN / CO class) in shutdown environments.
• Perform lifting operations in line with lift plans and site procedures.
• Conduct pre‐start checks and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Work collaboratively with riggers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

All applicants must be able to pass a pre‐employment medical, undertake random and ongoing drug & alcohol screening, and meet the following:

• CN or CO Crane Licence (essential)
• Current HR Driver's Licence (minimum)
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Construction White Card.
• Proven experience operating All Terrain and Rough Terrain cranes (Liebherr, Grove, Tadano, Demag).
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to perform in high‐pressure shutdown environments.

• Current VOCs (within 2 years) preferred or ability to undertake a VOC – ASAP.
• HR – HC or MC Driver's Licence.
• MSIC is not a must.
• Previous shutdown and mine site experience.
