About the Role
This role is a proactive Business Development & Sales Executive position responsible for driving the growth of TSK's medical device business in Australia. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clinicians and pharmaceutical companies, and supporting marketing activities across the Australian market. This position will be responsible for activities on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
* New business development with clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and compounding companies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and clinicians
* Conduct product presentations and customer visits
* Support exhibitions, workshops, and promotional events
* Manage CRM data, prepare sales reports, and assist with marketing activities
* Analyze Australian market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
* Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
* Coordinate product trials, evaluations, and feedback collection
* Arrange meetings, product briefings, and follow-ups with clinicians
Qualifications
* 3+ years of sales or business development experience in healthcare industry
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to build relationships with clinicians and stakeholders
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a start-up-like environment
* Valid working status in Australia
* Valid and current driver's license
* Experience representing companies at exhibitions or workshops
* Ability to analyze data and create reports
