Part of the CSR family, our Interior Systems Business Unit consists of market-leading brands such as Gyprock Plasterboard, Martini and Himmel Interior Systems. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications. We are a leader in providing a full suite of interior lining solutions across the building industry.
About the role
The Warehouse Operator & Counter Sales is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour – NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse.
In this role you will :
Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
Assist in the day-to-day activities within the store
Process orders, invoices and payments
Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in our store
Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required
Manage warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
Assist with deliveries when required
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
What you bring to the role
Forklift licence is essential
Possess a strong work ethic
Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
An eagerness to learn about products and services
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers
Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines
