* About the Role:
* You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality patient care.
* Your key responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans.
* You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers.
What You Will Be Doing:
* You will lead clinical services and develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans.
* You will liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members to advocate for clients' quality of life.
* You will supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
* You will practice in a holistic way using your critical decision-making skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current registration with AHPRA.
* Previous experience in aged or community care.
* Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and great time management skills.
* Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
