This is a great opportunity for passionate and energetic gym instructors, with a personal training qualification, who enjoy supporting our members to achieve their goals.
The Role
Swan Hill Leisure Centre is seeking fantastic group fitness instructors to teach at our Centre, specifically for Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Body Pump, Body Attack, Boxing, RPM / Spin, and Aqua Fitness classes.
You may also be required to complete some shifts on the gym floor, delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members, including programs and personal training on an as-needed basis.
Skills & Attributes
* A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills
* Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, Exercise to Music Module, or Group Exercise Leader (Les Mills GEL)
* Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
* Current Senior First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR Certificate
* Relevant Program Certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Pilates)
* Working with Children's Check
* Willing to undergo a police check as part of the employment process
* Driven to succeed with a friendly, can-do attitude
* Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
