Job Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor SaaS solutions to client needs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Experience with SaaS products or technology solutions is highly regarded.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
* Knowledge of the Townsville market is an advantage but not essential.
