At Australian Ethical, we are seeking a talented marketing specialist to help drive business growth through digital channels. This newly created role is critical in supporting our team to accelerate new customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, results-focused marketer with experience in performance marketing and digital acquisition. They will lead the development, execution, and optimization of campaigns to attract new customers, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate ROI-driven strategies that optimize landing pages, websites, copy and layouts designed to convert new members
* Collaborate on and coordinate a testing plan to optimize acquisition journeys over the course of the year
* Manage, track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using Google Analytics
* Support and implement the digital marketing acquisition media plan, working with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
* Optimize paid media channels including but not limited to paid search, paid social, referrals and distribution partnerships
* Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and acquisition journeys
* Assist with development and execution of email marketing campaigns
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in digital marketing and website optimization
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
* Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar tools would be a bonus
* Some experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and ability to work cross-functionally
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
