Industrial Service Technician
This is a Monday to Friday role giving you weekends with family and friends. While experience would be an advantage, it is not essential. We have a technical training program that will give you a great start in your new career.
You will provide professional inspection and testing services to our customers, both externally and internally while delivering technical advice within the scope of our expertise. This includes on and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment, maintenance and service repairs on products, building strong relationships with customers and providing advice on our products, commitment to personal and business safety, liaising with customers and their employees, and willingness to travel to customer locations which may include overnight stays.
To be successful, you will need to have some mechanical aptitude or technical service experience within a manufacturing background. You will also need to develop strong professional relationships, work autonomously if required, and have flexibility for regular travel to customer sites. Additionally, you will need clear written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and time management skills, and basic computer literacy skills – email and Excel.
We offer a range of benefits including fully maintained company vehicles, competitive salaries and incentive schemes, ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional annual leave, team member discounts on products, discounted offers from corporate partners, generous share plan schemes, diversity and well-being initiatives, salary sacrificing and novated leasing options, attractive parental leave policy, and more.
