We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Civil and Infrastructure Team. This role has arisen due to an internal promotion and will be based in our Sunshine Coast or Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support project planning and delivery across time, cost and quality metrics
* Assist in managing civil infrastructure and landscape works from inception to completion
* Collaborate with contractors, consultants and approval authorities to ensure smooth delivery
* Monitor budgets and drive cost efficiencies
* Champion health, safety and environmental excellence on site and in the office
* Contribute to best practice in project management systems and processes
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
* Experience in civil infrastructure or similar project delivery
* Ability to manage contractors and consultants effectively
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Understanding of project management tools, techniques and contract administration
* Familiarity with planning, design and construction in urban development
