About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator for a casual opportunity. This role is located in close proximity to Stanmore Station.
Stanmore House is a conference and training centre that operates in the community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our conference, training, and accommodation services.
This role supports the Manager in social media, marketing, and website administration, while also handling general office management and guest services to maintain high service standards.

* Oversee daily office functions, including managing correspondence, invoicing, and processing payments.
* Coordinate bookings, communicate with guests, and ensure accurate and timely information is shared with management.
* Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
2. Commercial Support:
* Assist in creating and managing social media content and marketing campaigns, maintain a social media calendar, and monitor engagement.
* Provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
* Respond to social media inquiries and engage with online audiences to foster brand sentiment.
3. Team Support:
* Support various teams during peak periods to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Assist in mission initiatives and events, including coordinating conferences, meal programs, and pastoral care.
4. Maintenance Coordination:
* Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to address maintenance, repair, and WHS requirements promptly.
