We have a fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia's largest infrastructure project, as Credit Solutions Specialist. This role will report to the Senior Manager Credit and Collections, and you will be joining the Billing and Credit Services Team, a key pillar within the Finance business unit.
A bit about your role
The role will see you working across all of our customer base. You will be engaged with the Wholesale side of our business, dealing with complex issues arising from our RSP's as well as our new development and commercial works customer base where you will be dealing with developers, councils, government departments and individuals.
The Credit Services team is about to undertake a review of everything we do, improving our service offering and lifting customer experience. This role will play a key part in process improvement, documentation, embedding change across teams, ensuring ongoing compliance requirements are met and dealing with internal and external stakeholders and solution implementation.
You will be responsible for carrying out the full range of tasks across Credit Services, but with an eye on improving customer experience through continual analysis and questioning of what we are doing and proposing and implementing new solutions. You will be an advocate for continuous improvement while building stakeholder partnerships across nbn.
A bit about you
You will bring extensive experience in a similar role involving process improvement skills, compliance, and experience of working within a complex corporate environment. Ability to roll out end-to-end credit service process and background in Telco, Utilities, or within Government sector.
You will also have an analytical mind, strong experience dealing with customers and processes, as well as attention to detail, be result focused and resilient and able to adjust in a changing work environment.
