**Physical Security Architect - Data Center Design and Engineering Expertise**
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data center design engineering team, you will be responsible for designing the physical security systems that protect our global infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical security system design and engineering, with experience working on large-scale projects. You will be expected to work closely with our architectural and engineering teams to ensure that security best practices are incorporated into all aspects of our design.
As a Physical Security Architect, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and engineering low voltage systems
* Working collaboratively with our design teams to produce designs using drafting technologies such as Blue Beam and Revit/CAD
* Creating specifications and scope of work documentation templates for local project managers to use for vendor bids
* Providing technical and design support for local physical security teams
* Coordinating with all disciplines in the design process of a new building
You will also be responsible for supervising and approving all design deliverables developed by the local physical security team, analyzing and accepting or rejecting alternate designs and mitigation measures developed by the local physical security teams when the standard design cannot be applied.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* BA/BS degree in Architectural, Electrical Engineering, or Physical Security, or equivalent experience
* 10+ years' experience in physical security system design and engineering
* 5+ years' experience with one or more drafting technologies such as AutoCad, BlueBeam
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Masters degree or higher in related field
* Experience living abroad, extensive travel, or demonstrated ability to work in culturally diverse environments
* Personal network of international security technology professionals
* PSP, CPP, PMP certification
