About the opportunity

This is a dynamic, hands-on position that sits at the heart of our operations. Reporting to the COO, you'll play a vital role in keeping the Centre running smoothly by providing operational support, managing our office space, and helping teams work efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will

* provide day-to-day operational support for colleagues, including procurement, finance, travel, events, meetings, and grant administration
* maintain our Document Management System (DMS) to enable seamless collaboration across the Centre

* ensure our workplace meets health and safety standards, resolve building maintenance issues, and manage space allocation

* develop and implement seating plans, liaise with contractors, and oversee mail distribution
* coordinate emergency management and fire drills

* spend around two days per week updating and managing Salesforce data

* support strategic projects as required by the CEO or COO.
