Lead Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to spearhead our non-teaching operations and drive high-quality program delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who embodies calm authority, steady leadership, and excellent judgment in navigating complex situations.
The successful candidate will lead functional teams: Compliance, Student Support, Finance/HR, Marketing, and IT Support fostering a healthy, collaborative, and positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the Training Director to ensure consistent training delivery and positive student experiences
* Supporting compliance frameworks and audit readiness in collaboration with the Compliance Manager
* Driving continuous improvement of systems, workflow, and communication
* Resolving escalated student, staff, or operational matters with sound judgment
Requirements:
* Experience in RTO, VET, or training organisation operations or strong organisational leadership experience
* Strong working knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and vocational compliance contexts
* Demonstrated ability to lead people with clarity, empathy, and accountability
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships
