The role
We're seeking friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Services Attendant. This is a full-time role where you'll create exceptional experiences for a diverse range of guests at Sydney's most luxurious hotel. Our Bell Attendants are the first and last point of interaction for our guests, ensuring every arrival feels welcoming and every departure memorable.
Some of your responsibilities will involve:
* A combination of porter and valet attendant duties
* Managing, transporting and securely storing luggage
* Offering insights into room features and technology
* Providing guests with valet parking for their vehicles
* Carefully and safely driving, parking and retrieving cars from parked locations
You'll have:
* A valid, unrestricted NSW driver's license
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and making every guest feel valued
* Confidence in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (automatic and/or manual)
* Ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed
* Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond for each guest
* Experience in a hotel or fast-paced, customer-service environment is advantageous

To be considered, you must hold a current unrestricted NSW driver's license and be able to work across a 24/7 rotating roster. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including Working Holiday Visa holders.
