Northstar Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our Mildura dealership. This role is an integral part of the dealership landscape and your input and contribution will be vital to the success of the business.
The Business Manager will provide high quality finance and insurance products to our dealership customers and receipting of deposits and payments to finalise sales transactions. The position will oversee all financial and legal aspects of the sales process, maximise sales for finance, insurance and extended warranties, and meet the minimum standards for market penetration.
The business manager will possess excellent customer service focus and communication skills to successfully provide high quality customer experiences, maintain strong working relationships with all Sales Executives and the ability to communicate effectively the trends and cash needs of the business to the General Manager and Dealer Principal.
The Business Manager will have a comprehensive knowledge of current market trends and be confident and professional to relay information to answer customer questions about their new vehicles service contracts.
This role will join a professional team and report directly to the Dealer Principal. Remuneration will be based on current qualifications and experience and will attract a highly attractive bonus and commission structure. A demonstrator vehicle will be part of the package.
