Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in our store.
* Lead a high-performing team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experience
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product offerings and promotions
* Build strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate mutually beneficial deals
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, labour costs, and other operational aspects of the store
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience of leading multi-site or big box stores
* Deep understanding of store operations and proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to monitor and manage multiple levels of performance
* Confidence and cool-headedness under pressure, with ability to plan and set achievable goals
