Job Description
* Lead and manage all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, Meeting & Event spaces, ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and consistency.
* Develop creative, seasonal, and on-brand menus that reflect local inspiration and global style.
* Oversee kitchen financials including food cost control, labor planning, inventory, and budget management.
Candidate Requirements
* 5-7 years of culinary experience in a high-end or lifestyle setting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
* Pre-opening and Australian market experience are strong advantages.
