Your focus will be assessing whether customers and their businesses are suitable for Kashcade and helping them understand our funding model. You’ll also explore other areas as opportunities or challenges arise.You’ll primarily support applicants (founders and C-suite representatives) through the application process and evaluate their applications for funding suitability. Your responsibilities include:Meeting with customers online to understand their businesses and explain Kashcade’s funding model;Using Kashcade’s platform to qualify applications for loan proposals with team support;Assessing applicants’ financial statements (profit & loss, cash flow, balance sheets);Building ongoing relationships with customers; andAttending startup events across Australia to network and respond to inbound interest.This role is akin to an investor at a venture capital or venture lending fund, focusing on evaluating funding against companies’ future RDTI refunds.The position offers significant earning potential and opportunities for growth as we raise more capital and expand.Kashcade is a fast-growing startup, with each quarter presenting new challenges outside your usual scope.
