Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all members, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handle face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete general administration tasks, such as data entry and filing, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
* Support other departments as required, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
* CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in customer service or administration (desirable)
* A current Working with Children Check
