We're looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our highly regarded Retail Property team, working onsite at Cairns Central. In this pivotal role, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to our Centre Management Team and assist with a variety of property-related projects.

What you'll be doing
* Supporting the daily operations of the shopping centre, including finance tasks, tenant liaison, lease administration and general office duties
* Processing and tracking accounts payable invoices and expense reimbursements
* Entering and maintaining tenant sales, insurance and lease data in our systems
* Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, tenants and customers, ensuring positive and professional relationships
What you'll bring
* Previous administrative experience with a proactive and professional approach
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate data entry and reporting
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve and prioritise competing tasks
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence interacting across a wide range of stakeholders
