Administrative Officer Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at the Environment Institute. The role will support the activities of the institute and its associated centers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
* Supporting the institute's research priorities;
* Aiding the EI Advisory Board;
* Managing websites, publications, and coordinating events.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing administrative support to the institute's research teams;
* Assisting with outreach communications, including managing social media and coordinating events;
* Maintaining accurate records and databases.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in an administrative role;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Experience in providing financial support;
* Skills in marketing, social media, events, and webpage management.
