About DRIVN
DRIVN is a growing rideshare platform focused on building a reliable, community-driven alternative for both drivers and passengers. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can create and execute growth strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who can own the full marketing function end-to-end — from strategy through to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys both creative and analytical work, and is excited by grassroots community growth as much as digital performance marketing.
You will be responsible for increasing both driver sign-ups and passenger adoption, through a mix of online marketing, in-person activations, partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow DRIVN's driver and passenger base
* Identify key growth channels and test campaigns to scale acquisition
* Own marketing planning calendars and campaign roadmaps
Driver & Passenger Acquisition
* Plan and run recruitment campaigns targeting new drivers
* Support passenger growth through promotions, partnerships, and local outreach
* Build acquisition funnels and improve conversion across touch-points
Community & Field Marketing
* Organise and execute in-person marketing initiatives such as:
* Local events and activations
* Driver onboarding sessions
* Community partnerships
* Represent DRIVN in the community and build brand awareness offline
Digital Marketing & Content
* Manage DRIVN's digital presence including:
* Social media strategy and content creation
* Paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
* SEO and website optimisation
* Create marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional content
Communications & Brand Execution
* Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels
* Coordinate communications to drivers and passengers
* Support product launches, announcements, and brand initiatives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (CAC, sign-ups, engagement)
* Report on marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements
* Use data to iterate quickly and scale what works
What We're Looking For
* Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or community-based acquisition
* Ability to develop strategy AND execute campaigns independently
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable running both online campaigns and real-world activations
* Experience in startups, marketplaces, rideshare, or mobility is a plus
