This role focuses on promoting and selling cutting-edge autonomous mobile robot solutions in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have strong business and financial skills, with sound judgment and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Territory Planning: Develop strategic territory plans focusing on target accounts in Manufacturing and Warehousing, especially within the F&B industry.
* Lead Generation: Use prospecting techniques to generate high-quality sales leads.
* Customer Management: Manage customer interactions through a CRM system.
* Solution Tailoring: Understand business requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
* Tender Submissions: Create proposals and participate in tender submissions.
* Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
* Relationship Building: Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Demonstrations and Trials: Conduct product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POC).
* Product Communication: Communicate features and benefits of our products to internal and external customers.
* Sales Target Achievement: Close sales and achieve/exceed sales targets through strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

* Technology Expertise: Proficiency in disruptive technologies, including robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT, and logistics automation.
* Industry Experience: Experience and knowledge in manufacturing, especially FMCG and F&B, with a background in logistics.
* Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, and strategic partnerships.
