Job Description
* Support the implementation of human resources policies and initiatives across the organisation.
* Assist with employee engagement programs and activities to enhance workplace culture.
* Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Provide administrative support for HR processes, including performance reviews and training programs.
* Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
* Assist in organising staff events and recognition programs.
* Collaborate with managers to support team development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Experience Coordinator should have:
* Previous experience in Administration, Team assistant or Executive assistant
* Experience in a coordinator, HR, people operations, or program support role.
* Strong organisational and time‐management skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data and reporting.
* Proficiency in preparing presentations, documents, and communications.
