What you'll deliver with us
As ourSenior Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Planning, you'll research emerging technologies and industry trends, translating insights into clear analysis and recommendations that shape strategic direction and secure executive buy‐in.
You'll develop clear integrated roadmap for a large portfolio of initiatives, managing interdependencies and ensuring work is sequenced appropriately for execution. Working closely with technology and business teams, you'll assess capacity, dependencies and future impacts to support successful delivery and organisational readiness.
This is a 2-year, fixed term opportunity.

About you
You bring 5+ years' experience delivering transformation programmes and strategic planning initiatives, with a strong technical foundation and background in enterprise portfolio planning, roadmap development and strategy technology analysis in response to business needs.
You're proactive and self‐directed, leading work end‐to‐end with confidence. You communicate clearly across technology and business teams, taking a consultative approach to bring people together and deliver outcomes in a fast‐paced environment.
You'll also need
* Proven success in supporting the definition of transformation programmes for delivery, aligning initiatives with business strategy, and driving measurable value.
* Expertise in roadmap development, service transition and vendor management, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes through effective planning.
* Skilled in leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, and navigating organisational change to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
