* Undertake comprehensive and innovative research and analysis to assist the team in delivering robust evidence-based advice to clients
* Provide critical thinking and analysis on a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources and information
* Prepare and develop high quality, comprehensive written reports, presentations, and other outputs
* Attend client briefings, document project parameters and provide ongoing consultation including in relation to timeframes.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and clients
* Continue to develop property market knowledge and remain abreast of current financial and economic developments.
Position Requirements
* Qualifications in Property, Economics or a related degree
* Experience in a Property, Economics or Planning consulting environment
* Extensive understanding of the national property market and its sub sectors
* Excellent property market research and data analysis capability
* Experience in client facing roles (internal & external)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Disciplined and organised with strong attention to detail
