About the Role
This Toowoomba-based role is full-time and supports the Group Finance and wider business operations. You'll handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support, while also providing general administrative assistance across the Group. The role requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-division environment where priorities can shift quickly, but accuracy and professionalism remain constant.
A Day in the Life
· Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
· Raise customer invoices and follow up outstanding payments
· Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
· Support payroll by collecting and checking timesheets
· Maintain accurate data in ERP and accounting systems
· Keep records audit-ready and well organised
· Provide admin support across business units, including filing, reporting, and document control
What You'll Bring
Essential:
· –5 years' experience in an accounts or finance admin role
· Practical knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
· Competence with accounting software
· Strong Excel and Outlook skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
· Ability to organise and prioritise competing tasks
· Confident communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
· Experience in construction or manufacturing industries
· Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance reporting
