Reporting to the Customer Service manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:
Following up warm clients.
Timely resolutions of customer complaints.
Provide quality customer feedback about the product and service.
Calculations and quotes of initial costs to a customer to buy their product.
Ad-HocHoc Duties as Requested by the Management Team.
