Qualifications
* Trade‐qualified professional (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Building) with at least 10 years' experience in a licensed trade discipline.
* Solid working knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Building Codes, and Australian Standards.
* Demonstrated experience in compliance management, auditing, or supervision.
* Proven ability to investigate incidents, manage risk, and implement corrective actions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report‐writing skills.
* A proactive, detail‐oriented approach with the ability to influence others in compliance best practice.
* Current C‐class driver's licence.
* National Police Clearance.
* Additional auditing, compliance or WHS qualifications desirable.
