Overview
Based in Toowoomba, you’ll lead dental prosthetic services across multiple facilities, shaping service delivery, mentoring staff, and helping restore confidence and wellbeing to patients throughout the Darling Downs region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the flow of work in the dental lab, applying advanced skills to design and fabricate prostheses that restore function and confidence.
- Address complex technical challenges and guide the team through service improvements.
- Mentor staff, advise clinicians, and contribute to shaping service delivery to improve patient outcomes and strengthen the oral health network.
