The Role
As a Product Data Assistant working in the Product Data & Content team, you will be a subject matter expert of product data for your category, responsible for the administration of product information in the Endeavour PIM. The role has a vast stakeholder group and must manage effective communication and outcomes with suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders including teams from merchandising, eCommerce, marketing, data governance & technology. This role is critical to transforming our product information to improve our customer experience through our digital channels and data inputs to Personalisation.
What You'll be Doing
3. Enrichment & publishing of BWS, Dan Murphy’s & Endeavour Marketplace products through our digital channels
4. Efficient communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders including eCommerce & the trading teams
5. Address issues and resolve product data queries in a timely manner
6. Product configuration & enrichment within Endeavour’s Product Information Management (PIM) system
7. Validation & approval of supplier enrichment, ensuring adherence to legal/regulatory requirement
8. Image management - ensuring images are fit for purpose for downstream systems
9. Be accountable for product data quality for downstream PIM systems of Endeavour (eg web, app etc)
10. Participate in key cross-functional projects as product SMEs
What you'll need to succeed..
This role will suit someone with an interest in data and knowledge of category assistant roles, or the fundamentals involved. You'll need to have excellent communication skills to effectively partner with external suppliers and a variety of internal stakeholders like our Merchandise and eCommerce functions. You'll be efficient and able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to manage deadlines. This role will also give you an opportunity to be exposed to projects within our Merchandise Transformation team.
