Human Resources Specialist
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of Aboriginal governance by providing strategic HR support.
The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with our HR Manager to maintain accurate data and documents, coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, and provide timely support across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain HR data and documents accurately and efficiently.
* Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate selection.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Provide performance development and management support to staff.
* Assist managers with HR-related tasks and documentation.
