Job Description
* Lead and manage the Queensland branch, overseeing sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams (8-10 direct reports)
* Own branch performance, driving revenue growth, margin control, and EBIT outcomes
* Ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining strong compliance and safety standards
* Support and enable the sales team with commercial guidance, quoting oversight, and customer engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across power generation, lighting, and renewables
* Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performing team through clear leadership and accountability
* Act as the senior on-site leader, providing structure, consistency, and operational discipline
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience leading a branch or operational team within power generation, industrial services, or a related technical environment
* Strong people leadership skills with a measured, consistent, and safety-first management style
* Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins, support quoting, and drive profitable outcomes
* Technical understanding of diesel generators, lighting towers, or electro-mechanical equipment.
* Customer-focused, confident engaging with key clients and supporting sales outcomes
* Stable career history, demonstrating maturity, accountability, and the ability to retain and develop teams
