About the Role
You will take ownership of delivering the marketing strategy and brand execution for LPA Tech, driving brand positioning, digital presence, and campaign delivery while aligning closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Through your knowledge of technical energy solutions, you will translate complex engineering capabilities into compelling market narratives that resonate with decision-makers in energy, utilities, facilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
* Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across all product lines.
* Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and industry channels.
* Lead digital marketing initiatives including website strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, and paid media.
* Create and oversee high-quality technical content including case studies, brochures, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials.
* Work closely with engineering and product teams to accurately translate technical capabilities into market-ready messaging.
* Manage brand governance to ensure consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
* Support sales enablement with targeted collateral, presentations, and campaign assets.
* Analyse campaign performance and digital metrics to optimise ROI and lead generation.
* Coordinate external partners, agencies, and suppliers where required.
* Identify market trends in energy management systems and emerging digital technologies to inform strategy.
About You
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, with a dotted line into the General Manager, this role is a mid-senior position, ideal for someone who thrives in ownership, helps set direction, makes decisions, and drives outcomes. To be successful, you will need to possess the following:
* Demonstrated technical knowledge of energy management systems (EMS) and energy technology platforms
* Proven experience working in a marketing capacity within engineering, energy management, or comparable organisations
* Strong understanding of technical B2B marketing within infrastructure, utilities, or energy sectors
* Advanced digital marketing expertise, including campaign development, analytics, marketing automation, and content strategy
* Ability to interpret engineering concepts and translate them into commercially compelling messaging
* Experience building and managing brand frameworks within technical environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with technical and executive teams
* Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
