We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a dynamic team of Youth Justice Workers at Cherry Creek. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating positive change in the lives of young people and will be passionate about helping them develop life skills to positively re-integrate into the community.

* The Unit Supervisor role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to foster therapeutic outcomes based on individual needs.
* You will work closely with clinicians, specialists, and health staff to provide advice on complex and challenging behaviors, and collaborate with education providers to support positive outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of operational safety training, dynamic risk assessment, and supervising staff to create a safe and supportive environment for young people.
