**THE WHAT**:

**Monday to Friday, **too!
Day to day, you're working
**autonomously** on site with no micromanagement (but are still supported by the broader business), liaising with good subbies and utilising your own network of contractors. You also have the option to push developing the Northern Corridor if you had connections there, too.
**THE THINGS WE NEED**:
You have over 5 years of experience is in delivering multiple
**townhouses** or
**apartment** units
