The Role
The role involves delivering end‐user computing (EUC) support, IMACD services, break‐fix assistance, and basic audio‐video support for Microsoft Teams meeting rooms across the listed sites.
Key Responsibilities
* IMACD Support: Install, move, add, change, or uninstall IT equipment, software, and related services; connect devices to the local network; perform basic functionality tests; move equipment within a site; modify hardware or software; test post‐changes.
* Break‐Fix Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with user devices and equipment; handle incidents such as system breakdowns, malfunctions or performance issues; restore normal functioning of authorized user equipment.
* Audio‐Video Support – Teams Meeting Rooms: Provide basic support for Microsoft Teams meeting room systems; check audio, video, screen sharing and cable connections; support devices from brands such as Lenovo, Logitech and Crestron; conduct weekly health checks and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot issues with technical teams; visit remote sites when needed.
* On‐Site Support: Travel to sites to diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly; perform client break‐fix support and issue analysis; ensure all equipment and meeting room systems are operational.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Good knowledge of EUC support.
* Basic understanding of audio‐video devices and Teams meeting room systems.
* Basic networking knowledge.
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
