Key Responsibilities
* Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, medication support)
* Assist clients with daily living activities: meal preparation, shopping, cleaning, and household management
* Support clients to engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities
* Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support to promote social inclusion and wellbeing
* Monitor safety and respond to emergencies in accordance with policy and training
* Collaborate with health professionals and families to implement tailored care plans
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Empathetic and patient communicator who values client choice, dignity, and independence
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
* Physically able to carry out care-related tasks
* Strong organizational skills and adaptability
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable)
* Current driver’s license and reliable transport (as required)
* Relevant background checks and clearances
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
