Your Opportunity
As an Optometrist in our stores, you will work with world‐class equipment such as Retinal Camera, Visual Field Analyzer, Non‐contact tonometer, Corneal Topographer, Optos UWDRS, and OCT. You will provide personalized eye care, recommend lens solutions aligned with customers' lifestyles, and deliver the highest level of customer service.
Your Responsibilities
* Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers, including children, contact lens wearers and therapeutic cases.
* Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
* Clearly explain lens technology, including coatings and extras, and communicate their benefits.
* Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the use and recommendation of technology.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise eyecare revenue through technology, labour efficiencies and appropriate Medicare billing.
