A fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in CNC Machine Tools. Their machines are trusted by high-end engineering businesses worldwide, and selling them is about building relationships and getting in front of the right clients.
They are seeking a Sales Engineer, ideally with CNC machine experience, or someone eager to train alongside an experienced sales engineer. This role is perfect for a CNC Machinist ready to take the next step in their career or a sales professional with CNC knowledge looking for a better opportunity.
Key responsibilities are:
- Work alongside an experienced CNC Sales Engineer to develop sales skills
- Call on existing and potential clients to develop strong relationships
- Provide technical advice and solutions to clients' machining needs
- Assist in expanding business opportunities and managing loyal customers
- Travel within Melbourne to meet clients and grow the customer base
Skills & Experience Required:
- Trade or degree qualifications (ideal)
- CNC machining experience (essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
