As a seasoned developer lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the design and delivery of large complex projects within our organization. Your expertise in Dynamics 365, .NET, and Azure platform will be invaluable in ensuring the successful implementation of these projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Extensive experience with C# programming language using .NET Framework and Core.
* Knowledge of developing customized solutions for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
* Expertise in web back-end frameworks, including ASP.NET and MVC.
* Ability to build, monitor, secure, and run large-scale systems on the Azure platform.
* Familiarity with agile project management and source control systems, such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with back-end technologies, including SQL and Entity Framework.
* Knowledge of front-end web frameworks for modern website development, such as React and AngularJS.
* Understanding of system-to-system integrations using SSIS.
