About the role…
Based in St Albans, this wonderful opportunity is for people passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest in partnering with, and learning from, experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders. It is responsible for leading and developing a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in Support Coordination (Level 2 and 3) and Individualised Support (primarily capacity-building).
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the effective delivery of quality services;
2. Developing your team through mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers;
3. Supporting the strategic development of your portfolio through strong customer service and some business development.
About you
This career opportunity is ideally suited to candidates with leadership experience in an NDIS program (e.g., Support Coordination or Individualised Support) at a minimum, and who are looking to expand their knowledge and expertise across multiple programs. Your leadership foundations should be strong in staff development and customer service, and you should be a knowledgeable go-to person in the NDIS space. Candidates in a 2IC position or who have previously acted in a leadership role are encouraged to apply. Please highlight any leadership experience that has prepared you to lead a team and/or manage NDIS programs in your resume.
The salary package for this position ranges from $73,000 to $77,500 plus 11.5% superannuation, up to $18,550 in salary packaging benefits, and Royal Rewards. Relevant certificates or qualifications, or equivalent experience, will attract a salary towards the higher end.
